Solution: Please use the following download instructions;
1. Go to your phone menu
2. Open services on your phone
3. Scroll down to you see 'go to address' or 'enter address' (you might have to scroll down through a couple of 'more options').
4. Next enter in (get.ringtones.com).
5. Once there, you will be prompted for your id.
6. Next hit submit.
