Solution: Dear Customer-
Please use the following download instructions;
1. Go to your phone menu
2. Open your browser on your phone (mmode, media net, etc.)
3. Scroll down to you see 'go to address (you might need to press your menu key for this option).
4. Next enter in (get.ringtones.com).
5. Once there, you will be prompted for your download id.
6. Next select submit.
